Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
30 daysfrom receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used vaping products.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected], providing order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know its status. If approved:
a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange
We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us within30 daysfrom the date of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please send us an email at[email protected]within48 hoursfrom delivery. Please provide your order number and attach clear photos of the product(s) and packaging.
